Mario Workout

  1. Mario: For Mario, jump and swing one arm behind you and the other arm up above your head. Repeat this pattern.
  2. Banzai Bill: For Banzai bill, lift your legs and your chest and head off the ground and make fists like He does.
  3. Fliprus: For Fliprus, jump up and then move your arms like You are throwing a snow ball. Repeat this pattern.
  4. Goomba: For Goomba, jump and then run like you are chasing after someone. Repeat this pattern.
  5. Bowser: For Bowser, walk slowly and then jump as high as you can. Repeat this pattern.
  6. Burt the Bashful: For Burt the bashful, crouch and then jump as high as you can and move to different places. Repeat this pattern
  7. Hammer bro: For Hammer bro, move your hand up and down and jump to different places.
  8. Walleye: For Walleye, move side to side and pause for 1 second at each side.
