Mario and his friends decide to take a vacation on Dinosaur island.
Meanwhile on Dinosaur island ,
bowser and his koopa crew are planning an attack! They trap yoshi and
his friends in eggs! Shortly
after, Mario and Luigi find that princess peach is missing. As they look
mario finds an egg. Yoshi hatches
out of it. Yoshi tells mario that bowser trapped his friends in eggs.
Yoshi hands mario a cape he says it
has magic powers that will help mario on his journey. Its time for a new
adventure!
There are 92 levels in total. The object is to get to the giant gate at
the end of each level.
Some of the levels have secrets. The levels with secrets are red on the
world map.

At the end of levels with the giant gate. If you get 100 goal stars (by
hitting the moving
post) you enter a game where if you get 3 items in a row you get a one
up.
Coin heaven can be accessed by going down pipes, climbing vines, and
getting
yoshi's wings. It is a sky themed area with lots of dragon coins and
coins
1-Up palace is a room with lots of ? blocks, 3 on each of the 8
platforms. If you
hit them in the right order you can get 1-Ups. It is accessed by going
down certain pipes.
Switch palace a bonus level witch contains an ! switch by pressing it
you will complete the
level an fill in all the ! blocks of that color. All except the first
are accessed by secret exits.
